Another January Birthday

Now that I'm all settled into my new place it's time to start stamping again. I have a good friend who has a birthday this month so it gave me good reason.

Jessy's Birthday Card!!

Hello again! Well Christmas has come and gone! As you well see I just could not get into the Christmas spirit this year. So no cards got done! But alas I do have birthdays coming up. This one has already past but this is the birthday card I made for my daughter. The scrabble tiles are stamped on colored paper. It's using a set from TAC (retired). The scrabble board is made by hand. It's one of her favorite games so I thought it would be a good fit for a card. :) Have a great day!

First Christmas card of the year

Here is the first Christmas card of the year. There will be many more of these to come. This again is a TAC set I've had for years. The images are colored with marker then the bell is accented with crystal lacquer and the berries on the holly are accented with stickles (icicle).

Alex's Birthday!

This is a card I made for my nephew's birthday which is coming up in just a few days. This one although is not stamped too much at all. But I love how it turned out. The background is a patterned paper I bought from Michael's open stock papers. The instruments and music stand are stickers. The happy birthday is the only thing stamped. The inspiration for this card came from the fact that my nephew is an amazing french horn player. And he loves music.

Emma's Birthday

This is a housemouse image that I obtained from an image swap I was in years ago. Finally decided to use it to make a birthday card for my niece. The mouse and the dirt are colored with chalks and the rest is marker. The butterfly is a sticker.

My first post

Here it is finally my first post on my new blog. This is a Halloween card I made using and old TAC set I've had for a long time. The word image is colored with markers and the ghosts are painted with radiant pearls (snowqueen). The background is one of my papers from a basic grey pack.
